S’mores are a dessert as old as camping itself. The delicious combination of graham, marshmallow, and chocolate is irresistible.
The only problem is, sometimes in the summer we don’t want a campfire - or cannot have a fire because of fire danger. This easy, quick dessert is a delicious version of the classic s’mores, and can be made while camping with little preparation time or cleanup.

Summer S’mores Cups Recipe
Small bowls or dessert cups
Vanilla Ice Cream
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Miniature Marshmallows
Chocolate Sauce
Assembly
Place a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream in each cup
Top with graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows
Squeeze on some chocolate sauce

This is a super easy, cool and refreshing dessert that’s so easy to serve in camp with no need to spend lots of time in the kitchen. Older kids will love being able to assemble these for themselves.
