Peggy

You are going to love this week's Stressless Camping RV podcast. In fact, you might think

Tony

It's a total gas

Peggy

Ha ha. This week we were fortunate enough to speak with Jim Wheeler from Love's, which is known for truck stops and fuel stations, but now really known for RV stays as well.

Tony

We learned how love's is making their stops more RV friendly with amenities. RVers will love,

Peggy

Love. We also get to see one of the most beautiful destination trailers that we've seen, at least to our eyes.

Tony

Yep. We have this week's podcast along with the notes and all the stories that go with this episode, along with discounts, deals, helpful tips, and more at our home on the web at stresslesscamping.com,

Peggy

We sure appreciate your likes and shares, and as always, thank you for joining us. This is podcast episode 3 52. Ooh,

Tony

Stressless.

Peggy

Camping. Camping.

Tony

I'm Tony.

Peggy

I'm Peggy.

Tony

And we're two RV industry veterans who travel part-time

Peggy

In a Rockwood mini Light, looking

Tony

To share big adventures and help you with great tips,

Peggy

Tricks,

Tony

And discounts.

Peggy

Hey, we went to an RV show.

Tony

We sure did.

Peggy

Now, I, I saw you post, you said it was our first RV show of the season, and I'm only letting you get away with that because the season was technically March, which had started the day we were there.

Tony

Yeah,

Peggy

It was our first show of the spring, but not of the year.

Tony

Yeah. Okay. Because we were at the Quartzite show earlier.

Peggy

Yeah. You think maybe that would also count for you?

Tony

Well, you know, that was more than a week ago. How am I supposed to remember? But it was interesting to go through. There was a lot of conversations that we overheard and a lot of chatter and a, they had a great selection of rigs. I was really impressed. <affirmative>, this was in Albuquerque and it was one dealer's RV show. I was really impressed with what they had. But if you are RV shopping, we have a whole resource center for how to pick a great RV dealership and why it matters.

Tony

There's RV reviews, there's tips and tricks. So if you are, or let's say your friend says, Hey, I'm gonna go to an RV show, point them in the direction of our website. It could save people a lot of money and heartache and hassle and heartache.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

And, and all of that. The advice is just very solid there. It's, it's good information. As you know, I used to work at a dealership and Peggy used to work at an RV manufacturer, so that's the best I can offer because there it was clear people had done, not all, of course, but people had done very little research. However, one of the things that we have researched and are very, very pleased with

Peggy

Yes.

Tony

Is our solar and lithium system from ABC, Upfitters.

Peggy

They've done a lot of research too. Yeah,

Tony

That's true.

Peggy

And ABC didn't start doing UPFITS until they knew that they could build all their systems with all Mastervolt parts, all the pieces, all the parts come from Mastervolt. So there's no finger pointing. Everything comes from the same place. And you make one phone call if you have a problem, you call ABC and they know how to fix things. And if they don't, they can still reach Mastervolt. But they don't tell you you have to call Mastervolt. And then Mastervolt tells you you have to call Acme Battery Company.

Peggy

And then Acme tells you you have to call Smishmosh Wiring company.

Tony

Oh, that's Smishmosh. But yeah, it's true. I mean, one company who knows how their systems are wired, how they're installed, it's, it's just a really good resource. And truthfully, there is a lot of stuff you can do well with DIY, but a lot of stuff that you can't, so there's

Peggy

A lot of stuff you can do very poorly with DIY.

Tony

Yeah. And that's a lot of power moving around.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

So if you want a system that's reliable that you have somebody to refer to and call. If you have any questions, our friends at a BC upfitters, I, I don't think you can beat 'em. And you know how you can reach 'em.

Peggy

Call 5 7 4 3 3 3 2 2 5.

Tony

That's 5 7 4 3 3 3 3 2, 2 5.

Peggy

Or find them with this link,

Tony

ABC Upfitters. It just works.

Peggy

This week we're very, very pleased to present to you an interview that we had. What

Tony

That, that's just, I know what you're going to say.

Peggy

An interview that we think you're going to love.

Tony

Oh,

Peggy

With the director of RV operations, Jim Wheeler of Love's Travel Stops.

Tony

Yeah. To be honest, we've been trying to get Jim on for like a year or so. Well,

Peggy

And to be honest, we talked to him a little while ago, A few weeks ago.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

So it's, it's not only a finally because we finally reached him, but a finally because we're finally sharing him with you.

Tony

Yeah. So without any further ado, you going to love this. Well, we have been really looking forward to having Jim Wheeler on the Stresses Camping podcast because Jim is the director of RV operations at Love's Welcome Jim.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Great for having me today. Really excited to let people know what Love's is doing for our RV customers.

Tony

Yeah. And just in general, I can't imagine anybody who is driven, not being familiar with Love's, but you might assume, oh, it's a truck stop or a place to get gas, which obviously it is. Right. But you're doing a lot of stuff that's RV focused.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yes, we are. And, and you know, if you look at Love's, we have 670 locations out there in 42 states. And you know, you, you look at some of the things we just do in general, we've got, I think 400 plus dog parks. That's a big part of people really enjoy those out there. But, you know, we also have, we're coming up on close to a thousand food service outlets within our travel stops.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

So you're gonna find, you know, McDonald's and you'll, we will have Godfather's Pizza Subways out there, Carl's Junior, Hardy's, we just started doing Buffalo Wild Wings Go concept. So that's new out there. So there, there you, you have all those options, but you know, you're, you're right, of course we have the fuel and we, you know, also have the store so that you have that ability to go in propane.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

And we, you know, we have RV dumps if you're just looking for a dump at most of our location. But I, what I really wanted to talk about is our RV business that we started, oh, about almost five years ago now. Right now we have 128 locations that have these loves RV stops at 'em, and they really range in size. Most of 'em are very small, you know, they could be anywhere from four or five spaces to 10 or 15 spaces right.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

At the travel stops. But then we do have 15 larger locations, of which our biggest is 125 spaces. And that one's in Canyon City, Colorado. But you're gonna have, most of them are full hookup. Sometimes they, they may not have an individual dump, but then you'll have access to the communal dump. You know, so we, we do charge for these RV stops. You're gonna have, you know, potable water. And like I say, the 30 50 amp power, we've got Wi-Fi included that with that.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Or you'll have either individual or access to that communal dump out there. So, but we're, you know, we're really excited about that. Our, our loves RV stop business and, and how that can accommodate the RV customers.

Tony

Yeah. And so if you haven't seen one, we've, we've tried them out. Of course. Yeah. And it's basically you're driving along, you're tired and it's, as you said, it's generally a full hookup or almost full hookup campsite. So you can either pull through or back to secure place to spend the night. But the, one of the benefits is, I, I have to say whoever it was that loves, who chose that coffee machine that has the three hoppers of beans and makes the coffees fresh, man, that, that alone is one of the reasons we stop at, love's a lot.

Peggy

Even if we don't need gas or anything else, we stop just for coffee.

Tony

No, our truck can pass anything but a gas station.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

No, that's great to hear. And, and you know, too, I think one thing that's unique that we're doing, these are automated. So, you know, you can go in, make your reservation, you'll get email, you know, if it's a larger one where we have gate codes in bathrooms, it'll give you the gate code and the bathroom code to get in. And then when you arrive, you kind of, they, there'll be emails that day and attacks and say, Hey, when you arrive, let us know. When you click into that, it'll actually turn the power on for you.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

So, and like you said, most of our customers really just stay for one night, 90% of our customers. And sometimes they're coming that, that, that, you know, later in the evening, leaving early in the morning, what we're hearing from them. And like you said, hey, they feel safe, it's convenient, but it's a great stop on the way to a destination, you know, and we will have some times that folks will stay longer terms. And at our larger facilities that, you know, the 13 that we have out there, we'll find some temporary workers kind of mo that'll stay with us, whether it's construction or railroad or, you know, it could be plant closures, traveling nurses.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

So, you know, we do get some of that business at those larger locations. We'll always have a, a a, a space and area on that park that we'll be able to accommodate them.

Tony

And do you offer different pricing for longer stays?

Jim Wheeler - Love's

We do, we do have some longer stays terms pricing for those kind of temporary workers that are, that are coming into it now. The, the maximum you can really stay is, is 28 days at a time the reservation. Now you can then, you know, have to build on those reservations, you know, if you're staying longer than that. But yeah, it'll, it'll, it'll restrict any one reservation to 28 days.

Peggy

Okay. So Tony said we've tried, we've actually done the kind of just back in space right there in the parking lot and we've also stayed at one that was like a full-on RV park.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, we do the, the, the bigger ones, a lot of them have the sports courts, so you can play pickleball and basketball. Like I said, they have the, you know, we'll, we'll have the restroom showers, so you'll have that, we'll have laundry facilities out there and you know, a lot of times we'll have, you know, communal fire pits and pavilions, we like to put in some pavilions. So it's covered with, you know, pig. We try to provide the picnic tables for all the spaces out there as well. And you know, we'll put a grill inside of our pavilions to gas grill to, you know, really try to accommodate those folks that maybe wanna stay a little bit longer

Tony

Since you are, I guess for lack of a better description, a truck stop. You have showers and laundry facilities. My, I was told that staying at a travel stop, you have access to those.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Well, yes, you know, there is a charge, you know, for, for the showers there, but you're right, we have laundry facilities that, you know, you can use to some point off laundry facilities at, you know, again, the majority of, I think of our, our travel stops now, almost all of 'em are gonna have showers. Most of 'em will have those kind of laundry facilities. Now if you're staying at one of these larger locations where we have on site the, the restroom shower building, that's all complimentary.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

We do still charge for, for laundry, doing your, your laundry there. But yeah, we, we have those, those kind of amenities out there for our customers.

Tony

And if you're, if you are an old timer or long timer and you think of truck stop showers and you're kind of like, eh, that's not the case at all. Your showers are are quite nice. Yeah,

Jim Wheeler - Love's

No, love's really prides ourself on, on the, the restrooms. And that's been something that's been a part of the brand I think for a lot. Everybody, hey, they can count on a clean restroom and, and showers, but, you know, and we are very aggressively renovating locations now, so we have 35 of our locations that will get pretty extensive renovations. So you'll start to see that we do have 20 new locations that we're gonna add this year. But on the, on the renovation side especially, we're going to, we'll be doing more renovations and than new just to make sure we've got a really fresh out there.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

And, you know, on the RV side of it, so again, we just started just under five years. We have the 128 locations in 36 states. So we're in 42 states with our travel stops. Well, 36 states with our RV stops out there. So, you know, and we're gonna grow, we grow, those are growing a little faster right now. About 35 new locations will come online. Typically most of those 20 new RV stops will get a, get an RV hook up with them because it's, you know, much easier when you're, you're working from a, a new build out there and you've got a blank slate that you're, you're working on.

Peggy

I've never thought of this question before, but in terms of laundry service, if, is that just, is that open to the public? Like if we, for some weird reason, we're just driving down the highway and we're like, Hey, we should stop and do a load of laundry. Is, is love's a place that we can do

Jim Wheeler - Love's

That. Absolutely. You know? Okay. And we do have, and showers too, you know, you have people sometimes that are travel just traveling through and they, and they wanna use the shower and Yeah. They can, you know, go, they, there's no problem with that, that at all. We, yeah.

Tony

Well if you, if you figure, I mean there's obviously people who are driving larger RV or driving or towing larger RVs, but like if you have a teardrop or a class B van, the showers it loves might be like lifesaver. It might be bigger than your

Peggy

Yeah, bigger than the RV itself. That's true.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah. That it definitely is something I think that it is, you know, can really accommodate that folks that are traveling, especially like you said, in those smaller, smaller RVs that maybe they don't have a shower, you know, one, one other just kind of some, you know, other exciting things I wanted to talk about too today is, you know, I wanted to kind of really talk about our Love's Reward app. Okay. Oh yes. We really wanna encourage everybody to, you know, get the Loves Rewards app and, and it'll, it's gonna do some things for you.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

One is it, it will actually right now provide you a 25 cent a gallon discount on diesel. It's gonna give you 10 cents off of fuel. So you're gonna have that plus, you know, you'll get different things. We have drink clubs that after so many coffees, you're gonna get a free one. And within the app, if you're using that. And then we just started providing reward points, so all that fuel that you purchase and everything. And in the store store, when you're buying merchandise in there, you're gonna get point values that there, there it is.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

And what I really want you to do is look at that lower right where it says RV.

Peggy

Yeah. Yep.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

You can pull up a map on that RV and this is the best way to book us. And you'll also find the, you're gonna get your best pricing on the RV bookings in that app. Like right now we have a fifteen-percent discount for spring travel. So you're only gonna see that on the app. If you go in there, you're gonna get 15% off of your stay. But you can, again, like we talked about, you can do your whole booking from that. It'll say reserve you look at the map, see where you're at, you pick your location, you can pick your spot, reserve it, you pay for it on the app.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

It'll give you that, that email and that text response. And then when you arrive, you click into it and you know, you'll have all your power and everything will be activated if there's any gate codes or, you know, and typically we'll have the dump, we'll have a combo lock, it'll provide you that lock code that will give you access to everything. So, but that's a real, real nice convenience factor.

Tony

Yeah. I don't, I don't know who's responsible for that app, but it really works well.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah,

Tony

Because I mean, we are just talking about RV reservations. We stayed at this beautiful state park a couple of weeks ago and I, I used to have hair before we tried to make that reservation.

Peggy

Well the, the people that work there used to have hair before.

Tony

Oh it was so bad

Peggy

Before the state. That state changed their reservation system.

Tony

And so kudos to you and your team.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

What's nice too, and again, people sometimes will arrive later in the evening and sometimes at RV Park, if they don't have staff there and you don't have a reservation, you're not gonna get in. But if you happen to get with us and you say, oh they, I'm, we're tired, we pull over, here's the loves. There's an open RV spot, you just do it right there on the phone and you know, we always, the store is open to assist, you know, 24 7, 365 days a year. So Yeah.

Tony

And let's not forget about the coffee machine.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

No. I, I love the bean to cup too. I'm a big, I'm a big fan. They actually actually have one here at our corporate offices in, in the city.

Tony

Yeah. And speaking of the corporate office love's is a hundred percent privately held.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah, it really is. So of the big travel stop players we're really the only privately held. It's family owned mom and Judy Love started it back in 1964 and have owned it ever since all privately. So nothing's franchise everything out. There's all gonna be managed by us. They're now, we've got two of their sons are the co CEOs, Greg and Frank. So I mean the family's still very active. Jenny Love, one of the daughters out there is an executive vice president and also also our chief culture officer.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

So yeah. And it's a great story. Started in Waponga, Oklahoma, just a small fuel stop and you know, they kind of added that country store aspect to it. And then it was in 1981 we opened our first really big travel stop in Amarillo, Texas. And then once we opened that they were really, this is where, you know, this is where we wanna focus. And everything was pretty much a travel stop from, from that point forward that, you know, brought us to the 670 locations that we're at today.

Peggy

That Amarillo stop is very frequented by us. Yeah. If

Tony

We've stopped there a lot,

Peggy

Every time we go east, we end up in staying in Amarillo. So

Tony

Yeah.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yes.

Tony

Yeah, that one is funny to me because there's the, I guess you have a issue with Bird, well you don't have an issue with birds but had, 'cause there's the sound of birds on speakers. Yeah.

Peggy

Like

Tony

Birds of prey to keep the other birds away.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah, I saw that you just did that, your Route 66 kind of heading up that way. But you know, there's some great long, you know, I-forty there some, you know, great access to those. Oh yeah. Route 66 locations. So

Peggy

Have you had feedback from truck drivers who are less likely to pull into a, loves to spend the night and find an RV parking in their way?

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah. Yeah. And, and again, that's a little bit why we did this. And I think that commercial drivers kind of appreciate where we, we have these RV stops out there because it gives a designated place where, you know, an RV traveler ca can be in there. But you know, we do, you know, case to the commercial drivers as you said. And and that's really what those spaces in the back are designated for. The, the commercial drivers. We always do have some, you know, we kind of complimentary convenient RV parking in the front, but that's more meant for like, hey, stopping for an hour where you're gonna go take a break, use the restroom, you know, grab some, you know, go grab a meal at one of the restaurants in there.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

But yeah,

Peggy

A coffee.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

But you know, I mean I think we don't, truthfully, you know, hey, I think a lot of our commercial drivers have RVs too. And so I, I don't think there's really kind of issues that arrive out of it. If, if we do get an RV back, they're usually, but, but yeah, that's really the intent is for those commercial drivers out there

Tony

A while back we spoke to a commercial driver and as you know, they are required to stop a certain amount of the day and if there are a bunch of RVs taking up those spots, it becomes quite a problem. So it's a good idea to have a place where we RVers can, can stop and not affect the commercial drivers.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah, yeah. No, it is, you are right. I mean they're both very obviously, you know, that's what we wanna really make sure that we have amenities and everything for RVers. But yeah, those commercial drivers, they, they, they keep things moving for us, right? We need, yeah, we, we need them out there, you know, is moving goods across the country. So Yeah. One more little exciting thing I wanted to definitely share with you too. That's, that's a little bit new coming in April. So we have I think over 350 truck care facilities.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

I don't know if you're aware of that, you know, and they're really designed again for our commercial, our commercial drivers and semis and to be able to service them. But you know what, we, we did what we've done in April here at 77 of those locations, they're kind of near where we have some of our RV stops, but we've actually put in some RV tires so they're gonna be able to accommodate fifth wheelers, trailers, they're all kind of pre-mounted tires out there.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

And we also are going to, we partnered with Interstate Batteries and so at those 77 locations we'll have batteries that will be able to accommodate the, the, the RV community. But you know, even today, you know, the big diesel pushers, any of our truck care facilities can do oil changes on diesel, oil changes on those larger ones and they can actually do quite a bit of work or you know, any RV if you have things like windshield wipers or if there's a headlight or a taillight, those kind of things that, you know, you need a replacement for as you're traveling down the road.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

You know, those are things that, you know, our facilities can, can help with. So we are starting now with those 77 to kind of be able to, you know, accommodate from a maintenance standpoint and be able to work on RVs. So Yeah.

Tony

That's awesome. That's good because RV service can sometimes be difficult to come by. Yeah,

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

So I also noticed some of the LUVs have washes and you can run your RV through there. Yeah. In fact, one time I was filling gas and a guy came up from LUVs and they had flyers about, yeah,

Peggy

Hey

Tony

Come wash your RV. I don't know if he was trying to say something or,

Peggy

Well, knowing our RV, he was saying something

Jim Wheeler - Love's

That is a new business that we just added here a little over a year ago and we've got 15 locations right now on those. They, you know, so they'll write, they'll do the semis as well as RVs and we'll continue to see those grow out there and you'll see 'em in, in more and more locations as as we go. But yeah,

Peggy

Super,

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Another new, new additive for LUVs.

Tony

Sounds good. And yeah, you guys have quite the ambitious growth plan for 2026 for just LUVs in general.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Yeah, we, we do. And really, yeah, RVs are 35 locations. We grew 35 locations the last two years and we kind of are right there again this year. Again, some of 'em are gonna be these new build travel stops, many of those. And then we also have locations. So we're really trying to fill out that map if you look, you know, again on that app and you see we're in 36 locations states and, and you know, we've got, our travel stops are in 42, so there's some ability, that's what we're trying to do is look at that and just be strategic.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

You know, I don't think we'll ever have the same amount of, of these RV stops as we do travel stop. But I think, hey, in the, you know, we could get up to two 50 here in the next five years and feel like we've got pretty good coverage that, you know, again, that, that niche that I think that, that we're really hearing is that just that one night stay, that convenience factor, hey, it's on a way to a destination and you know, I don't have to get off the road, drive a mile or something and, and you know, pull into a full r if I just want that nightly stop.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

That's really, I think, a little niche that we are providing that that's maybe not out there, you know, completely at other RV locations.

Tony

Well, and, and something I appreciate is it's automated. You're right. You know, if it's late or early or whatever, you can just go on the app and, and book it, but also everything is clean and just works because how many times, you know, you're, you're pulling into a place and the power's not good or what whatever it happens to be. And, and your facilities are well maintained, so you pull in and it works.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Y yeah, some of that too is, the way this automation works is we have, I think, you know, somewhere around 1500 pedestals, power pedestals out there at these RV locations, but they're all online. And so when one goes down, we actually get notified that this, that that pedestal went down. And so we can go in and we will take that offline. So nobody, and, and you know, and, and generally they're just kind of meter issues. I would most times, you know, we try to have extra meters out there and it's just swapping a meter out and we, we'll get that, you know, back online again.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

So that, that is one nice part. 'cause I think power, you know, you know, it's arguably maybe the most important thing, right, for an RV to be able to have, have that power connection. So yeah, that's another, yeah, definitely something we're, we're kind of proud on how that works.

Tony

Very cool. Well, I don't think I have any more questions.

Peggy

I don't think so either,

Tony

Jim, it's been a pleasure meeting you here and we'll keep stopping at Love's 'cause it's, it's always our first choice as we're rolling down the highway and, and as I said, our truck can pass anything but a loves. So.

Peggy

Yeah. Well, and yeah, and we, we really like I was gonna say, we love, we love using the, the Loves app for the gas savings for the, you know, almost every other day we get a free coffee because we buy so many of them.

Tony

Well and 25 cents off a gallon for Diesel. For

Peggy

For Diesel. That's

Tony

Great.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

That, yeah, that is huge. Absolutely a great benefit out there. So, but I, I really appreciate, you know, being on today, so I really wanna thank you for, for having and and it's great to, to meet people that, you know, are enthused about loves as I am. So thank you for having me.

Peggy

Well, thank you.

Tony

Absolutely.

Jim Wheeler - Love's

Thank you.

Tony

So what did you think of that? Have you stayed at a Love's, oh wait, I'm getting ahead of myself. Something to that we have really noticed at Love's is that the people are just really nice.

Peggy

Yes. And

Tony

I know we keep mentioning the coffee machines there, but gosh darn it, we just

Peggy

Like them love their coffee.

Tony

Yeah, that's

Peggy

True. And we do have a free coffee. I was looking at the app today Oh good. To put some, to put some screenshots on the video and I was like, oh, it says we have a free drink coming.

Tony

All right. I know we'd mentioned that it's RV show season is kind of here and one of the most popular features on our website is one Peggy does such a good job with, and that is our RV event calendar. It just, there's so many shows out there, there

Peggy

Are so many shows and I'm really, I try really hard to keep them all updated, but if you know of a show that you don't see on our calendar, I really appreciate that you reach out and let me know and I will add it. Even if it's tomorrow, I'm gonna add it anyway because one of the things that I realize is most of these shows happen year after year. Yeah.

Tony

So

Peggy

Even if I am really on the deadline of getting a show on the calendar for this year, I will remember next year.

Tony

There you go. But also on the RV show calendar, there's links to our shopping guides, you know, how to basically work an RV show.

Peggy

Yeah. How to survive an RV show,

Tony

How to buy an rv.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

So a lot of great tips in addition to a really solid listing of RV shows nationwide. Well, you know, what we saw at an RV show a year and a half ago

Peggy

Ago, a long time ago,

Tony

Was the Lost Pines Sequoia Destination trailer or Tiny Home or travel trailer.

Peggy

Right. So I think of this more as a destination trailer, partly because of Open Cabinetry, partly because of the Super Square, like really flat front, you know, it's hard enough to pull a travel trailer as it is

Tony

Yeah. But

Peggy

When it's a billboard instead of a sale.

Tony

But anyway, we have a written review over at RV Travel of this coming out this weekend. But you can see our video review right now with the links in the show notes. So The Lost Pines Sequoia, definitely something different. Love to know what you think of it. We have the full review linked in the show notes or on the screen if you're watching or who knows, it's out there.

Peggy

Last week's question of the week, we asked you if you were doing anything to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Route 66. I know, I know. We've talked about Route 66 a lot. We really, really love Route 66. We do. And it's a hundred. It, it deserves to be talked about.

Tony

You know what, we should do a big ol cake, cake

Peggy

Cake. Well, we of course have done part of Route 66 this year during the anniversary, the western part from California to Albuquerque. Later this year. We'll do the Chicago to Albuquerque part. But are you doing anything? Are you doing anything for real or virtually? And this week's question of the week is what

Tony

Have you stayed at Love's RV Stop

Peggy

What you think. Oh, surprise question. Right?

Tony

I know, right? Oh my gosh. Where do we come up with this?

Peggy

So as we, we talked about during the interview, we have stayed at a couple, we've stayed at, you know, some that are just in the parking lot and some that are actual sort of RV parks of their own accord. And we think that they're great. They're always clean and new and modern. They're not cheap.

Tony

Nope.

Peggy

But they are really convenient and really useful. Stops along our route sometimes.

Tony

Yeah. But what do you think? You can answer that at our fun and friendly Stressless Campers Facebook page. Group, group, group group. Don't forget to like, share and subscribe and thank you for being here with us for episode 3 52 of the Stressless Camping podcast.
