Tony

Can AI come to your rescue when your RV is in need?

Peggy

This week we met Justin Boggs, who tells us what an RVer should be doing first in the event of a breakdown, a leak or any repair problem that might pop up.

Tony

We have a really handy gadget. Handy is the operative word.

Peggy

And Tony's gonna tell us about an RV that he might even want for himself if he was a solo camper.

Tony

We have this week's podcast along with the notes, tips, discounts, deals, all the rest of the podcasts- ... RV reviews, oh my gosh, and so much more at our home on the web at stresslesscamping.com.

Peggy

We love you, your likes, your shares. Thank you so much for joining us this week for podcast episode 376.

Tony

Stressless Camping.

Peggy

Stressless Camping.

Tony

I'm Tony and I'm injured.

Peggy

Oh, I'm Peggy and I'm not injured.

Tony

And we're two RV industry veterans who travel part-time-

Peggy

In this Rockwood Mini Lite

Tony

... looking to share big adventures and help you, yes you, with great tips-

Peggy

Tricks

Tony

... and discounts.

Peggy

We are still in the same place as we've been for a few weeks.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

Amazing, right?

Tony

This is the longest we've ever RVed in one spot, and-

Peggy

And unpaid for.

Tony

That's true.

Peggy

We did stay at my sister's for about a month.

Tony

Yeah, well that's true. That's where we found out that the gray tank smells as bad-

Peggy

Mm

Tony

... or maybe worse-

Peggy

Right

Tony

... than the black tank. Ew.

Peggy

We have actually been here long enough that we went for a walk. We picked up, we started ordering mail, not mail, but deliveries here. One day we went to pick up some deliveries and we found the pool.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

Of course, we weren't really planning to go in the pool so we went fully clothed, but hey-

Tony

It was hot

Peggy

... it was hot, and that pool was really refreshing.

Tony

It was just the right temperature. This, uh, where we are is at the Elkhart Campground in Elkhart, Indiana. They are doing a marvelous job of keeping it in tip-top shape, including the pool-

Peggy

Yes

Tony

... and the, the whole works here. In fact, they were even repaving the roads-

Peggy

Yeah, yeah

Tony

... and it's just, they, they do a super job here, and I think the price is fair, and it's funny how many other people we've run into here.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

But I'm not gonna mention their names.

Peggy

No. Uh, and then today I went to pick up some packages and I told the person that was at the desk I must feel very comfortable and at home here, because I don't even know what I ordered, which is very much like at home, right? We get a package every day in the house, and we're like, "Oh, what'd we get?" "What'd we do? What'd we order? We can't remember." And usually when I'm at a place where I'm, it's n- you know, not my home and I'm getting a delivery, I'm very, very aware of what I have and when it's coming so I can go and get it out of their way immediately.

Peggy

And now, I think there might still be something there I didn't find today, but I don't know.

Tony

Yeah. It's funny. It's like, well that's the good thing about being forgetful-

Peggy

Yeah

Tony

... is it's like, you know, you order a package and then, like, three or four days later or whatever-

Peggy

Yeah

Tony

... the package shows up and you're like, "Ooh, what's that?"

Peggy

Every day is Christmas Day.

Tony

Oh, yeah. So one of the things that we have been doing since we're sitting in one place-

Peggy

Yeah

Tony

... we are processing all this delicious food- ... that's here in-

Peggy

In the-

Tony

It's just the Amish country, right?

Peggy

In the Michiana-

Tony

Michiana

Peggy

... Michiana area.

Tony

And that means we've been using our Liquified RV toilet tank treatment. And I see a lot of people still asking, what's the best RV toilet tank treatment?

Peggy

Right.

Tony

And we just have been so pleased with Liquified. Uh, I just dumped the tanks, TMI. And the, the sensor now again shows empty, because it is. But another thing we have been using that we really like is Liquified gray tank treatment.

Peggy

Yes.

Tony

And that, I, if you have never smelled gray tank water-

Peggy

Yeah, try it. It's an amazing experience that you will never want to try again.

Tony

But another product from Liquified is a compatible toilet bowl cleaner.

Peggy

Mm-hmm.

Tony

And we just used that today. And the nice thing is all of these are not chemicals per se, they are enzymes-

Peggy

Enzymes

Tony

... which are little bugs that unlike you and I, enjoy that second go-round of lunch- ... as it were. And, uh, they don't-

Peggy

It's hard to keep this from getting too gross.

Tony

This is a poopy conversation, but whatever. Uh-

Peggy

But that's important.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

It's important to remember that, you know, your, you, y- yes, it's a holding tank. No, it's not a sewer. It's not going to digest everything. Uh, all your stuff is not gonna get digested while it's in there. But it is gonna sit for somewhere between three and 12 days. Our kitchen tank takes a long, long time to fill up, and our kitchen tank is where we put, accidentally put food scraps. We try really hard not to, but there's always some grease and there's always some food. And when it sits in the heat for 12, 14 days, it can get not pleasant.

Tony

Right.

Peggy

And so having Liquified in there really kind of helps deodorize things, helps, helps things to start to digest a little bit so it comes out more smoothly out of the tanks, and really helps-

Tony

Well-

Peggy

... with all the processes-

Tony

And, uh-

Peggy

... and processing

Tony

... sorry. Another thing I like about it is because it's just enzymes, let's say your RV park, like this one, is on a septic system. It doesn't damage that. And you're like, "Eh, I don't care. It's not my septic system." S- Septic system

Peggy

Nah, well, you'll care when they shut down

Tony

You'll care when they raise the rates-

Peggy

Yeah

Tony

... because they had to pump the septic tank too much

Peggy

Right

Tony

Or just it's part of being a good neighbor. It just works. It, it's a f- great product, and from a fellow RVer, or fellow RVers.

Peggy

That's right.

Tony

So we do have a discount for Liquified at our home on the web at stresslesscamping.com.

Peggy

Something else that will help you stress less is our guest today. When things go badly, when things break down, uh, when things break in your RV, you want someone to help you right away. You don't wanna wait for a voicemail and all that stuff. And so we have a guest today who has a system that you are gonna wanna hear about.

Tony

Wait, things break in RVs?

Peggy

Shh, don't tell anybody.

Tony

Okay.

Peggy

But, yeah, they sure do. Today we are very excited to be joined by Justin Boggs, and he is the founder of 833-FIXEDRV. And I keep wanting to say 800, but then I remember it rhymes, so that was good. First of all, of course, welcome and thank you for joining us. Instead of starting with telling us what you do, let's start by talking about why you do it.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Tony and Peggy, thank you so much for the invitation. It's good to be here. The why, and this is in my mind kind of the, the main thing, is getting, uh, stranded RVers connected to s- to a person that can help them. And, uh, it sounds like such a simple thing, but if you've been in and around the RV industry for any length of time, you know how absolutely difficult that can be. Given our, our history in, uh, uh, the parts business, you know, so we, our kinda family of companies, Sch- uh, Schwam Parts has been around 50 years, you know, selling replacement OEM, uh, you know, Generac parts, uh, to RV dealers and, um, and RVers who have Generac generators in their, in their rigs.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, we own rvwaterfilterstore.com, uh, campaddict.com. And so over the, over the past 50 years, we've recognized that things go bad, like, things go bad often-

Peggy

What?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... and never at a convenient time. And it's just, um, it's absolutely, uh, an awful experience, um, when you, when you're, you know, on a vacation, you're on the side of the road, and you're trying to get ahold of somebody and everyone you call is a voicemail. Uh, or, you know, they have wait times that are 30 days out. So, uh, something that's been on my heart for a while is, like, man, there's gotta be a better way to get a stranded RVer connected to, uh, RV help.

Peggy

So you sent me some statistics about the number of techs available over the United States compared to kind of the number of calls of, that go out ev- well, you know, at any given time. Do you wanna, uh, talk about that a little bit?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Y- yeah. So, um, there's only so much information that's, like, actually, like, kinda published on this, so the, you know, in, in many ways you're using kinda best-guess estimates.

Peggy

Mm-hmm.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, 'cause it's not, like, a kinda, like, a regularly, regularly published piece of data. Uh, but k- kinda what we do know from some of the RV-related associations, like the RVTIA... TIA- TI, sorry, is, uh, that there's roughly 8,400 technicians around, uh, the United States, and a little over 1,000, um, dealerships, uh, and RV repair shops. Uh, but there's, there's 11 million RVs on the road. So not that, not that you would need a one-to-one relationship a- at all, but, um, as you, as you might imagine, there's, you know, i- if, if, you know, 1% of these rigs are, are having kinda some, some level of RV trouble or problem or, uh, a fix that needs to have happen, that's over, that's over 100,000, you know, RVs that, that need help, and there's, you know, there's only maybe 10 percen- 10% of that amount, uh, like, qualified technicians that could actually do the work.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So y- there's a s- uh, kind of a big, uh, kind of a drastic difference between the number of available, and technicians that can help do the work, and, like, the, the demand for technicians to get the work done.

Tony

I have advocated over and over, if you are somebody who can figure out which end of the screwdriver to hold, there are great training programs that will show you how to become an RV tech or an RV inspector, and it's an instant guaranteed good-paying job.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

And you, you go to campgrounds and make people happy.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Yeah, totally. That's, uh, so I think we recently, uh, partnered with the, the RVTAA, so that's the RV Technicians Association of America, and they have a school down in Texas where they're helping to do exactly that. Uh, and I, and I think that they just immediately saw the benefit of a program like ours to help their mobile techs to get found, because while they are absolutely pumping out good, you know, you know, great-paying, paying jobs, they're great-paying so long as that person can be found.

Peggy

Right.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

You can have the cure for cancer, but if you can't actually get in front of the person that has cancer, like, you can't... You know, you're not gonna get the work, you're not gonna get the job, you can't sell the product. So yes, we're, we exist to help the RVers that's stranded, and on the flip side, it's the partnership with the mobile techs to, to get them connected to the people that need the help. Uh, so it's a little bit of a matchmaking, you know, system to, to make that happen.

Peggy

Very-

Tony

Well, you, you had also shared a stat that I thought was really fascinating. New RV sales are way down, which by, you know, anyone surrounding the industry knows, and used RV sales are up, which means there are- Basically a greater percentage of used RVs out there being used, and we all know if you're going somewhere, you're fixing something.

Peggy

Yeah, and I think it's hard enough if you have a new RV, and you, you know, you maybe just had your dealer relationship, or you just, you know, you just got the walkthrough and you kinda have an idea of what to do. But if a lot of people that buy a used RV, maybe private party, if they haven't RVed before, and they buy a used RV from someone who can't give them that information, the first breakdown or the first, you know, problem, like, they have no idea where to turn.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Oh, yeah. That's, yeah, like, uh, it- it- it's the same as being a homeowner. Like, I- I'm not a plumber. Uh, I'm not an electrician. I don't do roofing. Like, thank- thank God for the, uh, gains from trade so that I can find people to come fix those things for me. Uh, but the same, those same things exist in your moving house, uh, in- in the RV. So as you're traveling around, your- your house is bouncing. Uh, you're hitting things, hitting curbs. Uh, so all- all manner of things can go wrong, and you're not gonna throw it away. Like, you're gonna, you're gonna repair it.

Peggy

Right.

Tony

Right. Well, and then to that point, you're taking it to places... You know, at home, at least you know who's in the neighborhood and who to turn to, hopefully. When you're on the road-

Peggy

Right

Tony

... that totally changes that, uh, dynamic.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

That was kinda the angst I know that the RVers were feeling, and- and do feel, and what, and why this has been on my mind for, like, the past seven years. Like, I bought the phone number seven years ago thinking about this. Uh, the, I think the technology and, like, the systems didn't exist quite yet to- to make it work the way that it does now. But there's not, like, besides Camping World, you really just kinda have these small regional players or- or mom-and-pop, like, repair shops. And so, you know, you're out of, you're out of your comfort zone.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

You're traveling across the country. Y- y- you know, you don't know this place like the back of your hand, and then something goes wrong, and you're like, "Well, how do I, how do I know the difference between this Tom, Dick, and Harry shop and the next guy? Like, how- how, you know, how can I, who can I trust?"

Peggy

Right, right.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And- and so that's, you know, that- that was kinda like the- the impetus for me to wanna be kinda the- the nationwide, you know, brand for RV repair. I think the- the analog is, like, 1-800-DENTIST, which I think- ... many folks are familiar with, or, like, that 1-800-GOT-JUNK mentality. Just, you know, create the brand that people can rely on, so no matter where they're at, you know, they know that they'll get connected with qualified help.

Tony

You have created something very different. What is 833-FIXEDRV?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, 833-FIXEDRV is a nationwide hotline for RV repair. Uh, the goal is to help an, a stranded RVer get connected to, um, a mobile RV tech or an RV repair shop as fast as possible. So, you know, when- when problems come up, uh, and you're, and you're stuck on the side of the road, like, y- you're, there's already this sense that, uh, a fear of, like, "Oh, what's gonna happen next," and, "How much is this gonna cost?" But- but also, like, "How long is this going to take?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Like, w- you know, we're- we're- we're stranded. Help- help me get fixed." And so many folks that pick up the phone, they start finding people, uh, places on- on Google. Uh, they end up in voicemails. They're, and they're waiting to be called back. Or you have a number of online directories where you could fill out a form, but it, you feel, you feel very, like, helpless, uh, that you're now kind of waiting, and hopefully you hear back from someone, and you don't know when. So what my- my goal is, and kinda my North Star is, I think about connectivity rate.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And so I wanted to build a system that would make it easy and fast to connect a stranded RVer with a mobile tech. Uh, and so when you call in, we- we will qualify you. We'll kind of find out what your name is, what- what's your rig, what the problem is, where are you located. And then we, uh, match that caller with our RV repair partners in the system that are looking for that type of call, that do that kind of work, and we start, and we start calling them. Uh, and if, and if those folks don't answer the phone, we're- we're doing this in waves of five.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And so we might call up to 50 mobile techs in a, in a matter of minutes, uh, just to make sure that we're getting you connected to someone live on the phone. And so that, that for me is the North Star, is a live connection between mobile RV tech and a stranded caller.

Peggy

Okay, so that's great. So- so we don't have to have a pen and paper ready to write down the numbers you give us for a tech that might be able to help us. You're actually connecting us directly to those techs.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

It's a live bridge, yeah.

Tony

The feeling of I'm not connected, and no one's here to help me is, is real.

Peggy

Right. Okay. So you have a service that will answer the phone every single time right away and help connect me to a tech. How many operators do you have standing by?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, s- so our service and our system relies on conversational AI. And, uh, so what that means is that there's a, uh, there's a voice agent that is answering the phone. Uh, we call her Sarah. And, uh, Sarah sounds incredibly human. Um, and this is still in my mind, like, the early stages. I think within 24 months, uh, we're not even gonna be sure that we're talking to, uh, an AI. But, uh, so we use a conversational AI to answer the phone, qualify the caller, and then start this- this process that we call the hunt, where it's looking to connect the caller to a live human on the other end.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

But the- the value in this is that, uh, it's hard to predict how many people you would need to man a call center. The costs are incredible. And they're seasonal, which is the other difficulty, is that, uh, the rate at which people are RV-ing from Memorial Day to Labor Day is extremely high.

Peggy

Right.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And then there's the off-season, you have kind of like the, the Southwest states and the- and kind of the warmer places where you have, you know, more RV-ing going. But as you might imagine, that, that cr- that creates an, a, an incredible tension and i- issue trying to kind of man the phones at the right level. And so the, the, really the benefit and the efficiency for me in the system in using conversational AI is-

Peggy

Yeah

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... that is scalable. And so you're, you can k- you turn on, I can turn on new phone lines if needed, uh, to kinda scale up with the volume and then, you know, scale back down as, as, uh, as calls drop.

Tony

Well, that also eliminates training, right? Because if you add 10 phone lines, it's the same system, so you don't have like, "Well, Fred is really lousy at answering the phone" "But Mary, she's the champ." Whereas the way you're doing it, they're all the champ.

Peggy

Right.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Yes. Th- that is absolutely a nice feature. Uh, for anyone that's, you know, kind of a, a business owner that knows the cost of kind of investing in your talent and d- and developing people, uh, it is nice to have, uh, a scalable system that, eh, you're taking this kind of prompt, uh, a- and sh- and structure and you can just replicate that quickly. That's, that's an awesome feature. Uh, b- but there's, there are still, you know, there's still so many things that, that the AI is not capable of doing.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And so you're, you're... it's listening to a lot of phone calls. It's quite a bit of iteration. It's kind of making sure that there's like understanding in the nuance, like how, how is Sara pronouncing words? Like, it, because I'm trying to make the experience as human as possible. Not to fool folks, but just to like, help, like, give the, give, give it credibility and to like, provide a comfort, uh, to the person that's calling in. Because like, the person calling in, they, they're scared, they're frustrated, they're annoyed, all of those things. And so like, how can we help to kind of ease that tension, uh, by having a kind, warm voice on the other end of the line, and it's not like fumbling and sounding kind of like robotic and like a, an AI system, where, you know, I think your immediate reaction would be like, "Oh, this, this person doesn't care about me.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Like, they don't wanna help me."

Peggy

Mm-hmm.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So those are, those are the things that, you know, I'm, I'm trying to solve on the back end, um, in kinda how you, how you kind of prompt the conversational AI to have this interaction, uh, with the caller.

Peggy

Of course, you've had to train Sara. Uh, what, like Tony said, you only had to train once and then Sara trains herself. Uh, so she knows how to kind of walk us through if we're calling in under distre- you know, and we're distressed. She's, she's human enough to sound like she cares, and, and trained and smart enough to be able to actually get us the good answers. Uh, and she doesn't have to take coffee breaks, and she doesn't have to work overnight, and you don't, like you said, you don't have to have a, a whole bank of telephones with humans sitting there waiting to see if the phone rings.

Peggy

So it's a really good, I think for both ends, it's a good... I know a lot of people are, you know, very turned off by AI, and I, I know that we ourselves, uh, you know, have kind of had some life changes based on AI that weren't so great for us. But we also recognize that it's there and it's can be used in a very good and valuable way.

Tony

You know, a lot of people don't know what they don't know.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

So their RV breaks down because maybe they didn't do any m- maintenance or- ... whatever the circumstance, and they just don't know. Have you programmed a lot of the trying to kinda figure out, you know, like people will say, "My water heater doesn't work," and sometimes it's like, "Well, yeah, because..." I, we just talked to someone, um, my s- I forgot what it was that didn't work, but they were not hooked up to shore power.

Tony

And it's like, oh, it was the furnace. That's what it was. The furnace didn't work, and on a forum, we ultimately determined they, their gas was turned off. And they're like, "Yeah, but I thought it was electric." So are you able to integrate some of the dealing with people's lack of understanding as well?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

I th- I think that there will be a point that, uh, that a portion of our business with the calls will be to help RV-ers troubleshoot what could be user error, and, uh, and, and kinda divert calls from even having to go into a network and like create a billable event. You know, it would be, it would be nice in my mind to be able to provide that as like a, a value add. Here's, here's the thing. A lot of these, uh, manuals for the RVs exist.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

You know, they're, the, the, the manufacturers put them out there, and that, that's like information that can be interpreted. And so like you can, you can take all these manuals and you can essentially use those as like the brain or, uh, kind of background documents that, uh, our conversational AI can review. And so, you know, if you feed it all this information, and in an instant it hears what you're saying and it can match it up against, you know, that manufacturer's, um, manual. And so I, I think that there's like a way that I could, you know, down the road, like craft that into the product, where Sara understands the makes and models, understands the user manuals.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, maybe even common failures and, you know, h- how to kinda troubleshoot those things, and then could walk the caller through that, uh, before, you know, getting to a point where it's like, "Okay, that didn't work. No problem. Now let's go into that hunt that I talked about. Now let's get you connected to a person." So, um, y- yeah, I think that those, that could be a- another really kinda great application of using conversational AI where, like, who else could provide that service? Like, 'cause you would need a master tech, like, on the line. Like, that person's getting paid a salary, and if they're just giving out their, their knowledge to people, like, and they're not getting compensated, that's not gonna be a service that can stick, stick around long.

Peggy

Right.

Tony

Right.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Whereas for me and the, and the thing that we've built, uh, the, the cost of the phone call is we're talking pennies, right? So it's like telephony itself is, is so cheap nowadays. Um, so while Sara's not going to be a master tech, she might have all the information, more information than like mo- you know, most ma- master techs could fit in their head at any one time and be able to-

Peggy

Right

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... access it quickly. So I think that there's probably, like, certainly a percentage of calls that could be addressed, you know, that way, you know, into s- this troubleshooting factor.

Tony

Exactly, and, like, as a human, you know, we're governed by, like, let's say we have a issue that we're dealing with, you know, mechanically, but by the same token, we see the cookies on the counter, and we think of- ... you know, the kids running around outside, and we're swayed by all these other things going on in our head, and you can forget sometimes, like, I like to go to these workshops because sometimes it's like, "Oh, I forgot about whatever."

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

And AI's not gonna forget about whatever, so that's kind of a, a good thing.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

But, but then that brings up the point of if I call or when I call-

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

... 'cause I'm very likely to 'cause I own an RV, how much is it to use your service?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

It's completely free. So, so for the RV-ers, there's, there's no cost to, to call our hotline and, and get connected. Uh, and, and we don't, we're not even a part of the transaction, you know, that you end up having with the mobile RV tech. So our, our goal, and again, the north star, is getting you connected to a live human that can help you as fast as possible, and then, um, you know, then you coordinate service, and they, you know, you'll... The, the mobile tech can present their rates and, like, uh, any transportation fees or diagnosis fees, uh, and you, and that's how you would get the actual work and job done is kinda after we're out of the way.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So yeah, there's no cost. There's no kinda annual, annual premium or, uh, subscription service you'd have to pay for to use it.

Tony

Man, because I already have enough subscriptions as it is.

Peggy

Right.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

That's what I noticed. People already are paying for AAA. They're paying for Good Sam. Um, and there's, I, I think there's even some confusion around, like, what they, people think they have. Like, they think they have an insurance policy when eh, what it really is is, like, it's more like a concierge that you can call that will ultimately then start dialing out to RV repair shops. I think there's some conf- confusion there around what people have access to already.

Peggy

Uh, like you said, a lot of people think they have something, like a lot of people think they have roadside service, but well, it's a whole other topic, but roadside service, uh, you can pay for the very best roadside service, but if you're in a place that doesn't have a tech nearby, it's not gonna do you any good to have the service 'cause it's not, it's not AAA's fault that there's nobody near you or whatever.

Tony

Right.

Peggy

And that really confuses people. And so I think that having this as a, as a phone call, I feel like it would feel like y- like you're more in touch. Like, if I get on an app or g- you know, I go on the map program like you said and search RV techs near me, I don't know where I am. I don't know who's good or I don't know if it's age or what, but, like, Tony hates talking on the phone. He'd rather go on an app. But I think in this case-

Tony

No, in this case I'd rather not

Peggy

... in this case, like, you, especially if you're distressed, you're on the side of the road, it's nice to have a comforting voice instead of just looking at a, an app that you can't see because the phone's too little and so I think-

Tony

Yeah

Peggy

... that having it as a phone call is a fantastic idea.

Tony

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

There's definitely a difference, uh, between s- someone that is, like, shopping for a repair and someone that's kind of in a jam, in an emergency. So to, to your point about Tony kinda preferring not to talk to people, because he's educated. He's a shopper. Like, whenever he's looking for something, he's educating himself first, and he wants to buy when he's ready. And so to do that, like, you can do your research. You have time. You can sit down. You're probably at a desktop. You're, you know, you're looking up, like, all right, who, who, what's the hourly rates, you know, for roof repair or if it's some kind of, like, larger thing that you know is coming your way, you know, versus the emergency where you're on the side of the road.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Like, you're pulling your phone out, and like you say, you're on a small screen, and it's, and it's more about just, like, you know, "Help me now" than, like, "Oh, let me, let me kinda go see what the best rate is and qualify this b- you know, before, you know, wh- while, while my wife and kids are looking at me like, 'Dad, you need to solve this 'cause, you know- ... we're lo- we're losing sunlight here.'"

Tony

Yeah. So obviously you're connecting people with techs. If you're a tech or a shop or whatever, how would they become connected with you?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

We call these folks our partners, and so the goal, uh, if for, if you're a mobile RV tech, uh, you're a mobile repair shop, or you're, or you're an RV repair shop, and you'd like to kinda gain priority in getting calls, uh, you can sign up with us, us as a partner. Uh, it takes about five minutes, and th- this is, this is our compensation model, so this is actually how we, uh, make any money, is that, uh, we charge the RV tech Uh, or the RV repair shop, uh, a referral fee when they accept the call.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So, uh, ahead of any call, they've already told us, like, their hours, uh, their radius, how far they would wanna travel, the, the types of, like, RV repair calls they would wanna take, and then so when we route a call to them, uh, th- it's called a whisper. So we say, "Hey, we got, uh, Peggy's on the line. She's got a Forest River 2019 Georgetown. Uh, it's having a slide out issue. Can you... And she's in, um, Boulder, Colorado. Can you take this call?" Uh, and that gives them the chance to even say, to say yes and press 1 right then, and that's when we bridge the caller.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

That's when they would kinda pay, pay us for that referral. Uh, but if they, you know, if they deny it, they press 2, or they don't answer the phone, no problem. That's, that's when we kinda go and route the call to the next group.

Tony

Then there's not a cost to sign up for the tech, correct?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

There's n- no upfront fees, no monthly fees. You, you only... It's pay per performance, so you'd, you'd only have an expense from us if you accept a, a call.

Tony

That's unusual and good.

Peggy

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, I'd say, yeah, maybe. I could be a fool. Only time will tell. I think that we have something here. I just, it's th- it's that marketplace dilemma. Like, I need to have, like, concentration of RV repair partners, um, and I need to then also build the awareness so that we have the calls. And I think, like, when this thing scales and I have those two things combined, uh, it, it should work out, it should work out nicely.

Tony

Yeah, it's, it's gotta be an uphill battle because, like, right now I could call, and I might be in Humpty Dump, Egypt or whatever. And you just don't have anybody here.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

And then I'm like, "Well, I tried that once and it didn't work," and, and that's the, that's the challenge. So I, I'm gonna encourage people to, to stick with, you know, like, g- give you a second chance if you didn't have a, a good experience the first time.

Peggy

Yes. You-

Tony

And hope that people have a good experience their first time anyway.

Peggy

And you're so brand new that there's, you know, certainly gonna be growth and development and, and increase. And so if someone, if someone hears this on Thursday and calls, and you're in the wrong, or, you know, you're not in a part of the country that's well covered, m- like Tony said, don't give up.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

Be, be talkative.

Tony

Yeah, go break down somewhere better.

Peggy

Yeah, go somewhere better.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And to dispel any of those concerns, um, so, like, through these partnerships with the RVTAA, and, uh, and now our latest partner is, uh, mobilervservice.com, who has around 3,500 techs in their system around the United States.

Tony

Okay.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, we, what I'm doing is I'm prioritizing through an API, finding mobile techs in those systems across the country. So even if you're a, even if they're not a registered partner with me, our system still does the job. So if, even if you're in Humpty Doo, Egypt, So long as it's in the United States, by the way. I'm not out of the country. So I'm just doing it-

Peggy

Right

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... in the United States. But if you're in the US, no matter where you're at, and you make a phone call, uh, w- the, the service will absolutely work, and it will be dialing out, you know, uh, many times. So the, the more, kind of, registered partners, like, that's gonna only help with our connect rate. Like, that's gonna, you know, mean more successful calls end in you being connected with a human. Um, and that's kinda my, again, my, kind of, the North Star for me and what I'm focused on because even, even now in an area, we might call 37 places and no one might pick up. Or, you know, we get...

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

It's, it's, it's usually a mix of, like, so many no answers, so many that go to a voicemail, and then so many that are like, "What is this AI thing on the phone telling me there's an RV leak?" Like, there's, there is, there's this uncertainty, and they, and, like, they, they don't take the calls, and they like d- you know, they deny it. And even though they're not, like, a registered partner, they're just like, "I don't know what this is. It's, you, you know, maybe it's spam." So there's an awareness level there too where-

Peggy

Yeah

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... I'm trying to get the word out-

Tony

Yeah

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... that, like, if you get a call from me, it's because there is, like, there is a, an RV, a, a, a s- a stranded RVer on the line that needs your help. You know, I, I just don't get paid, like, if you're in Humpty Doo, Egypt, USA. Uh, if you're not a registered partner, then I'm, essentially, I give those calls away for free. You know, we, we provide the service and we get you connected. Our business doesn't earn anything on those calls yet, so.

Tony

But that's, yeah, that's, I guess, part of building and, and so that's the fun of having a startup.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Yeah.

Tony

And especially breaking new ground, so I, I mean, I really like the idea of what you're doing.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Well, thank you.

Peggy

You also told me that you have a guide, a written guide for people. So maybe it's not an emergency. Maybe I know that I've got to get this thing fixed, and I'm gonna, at my leisure, find an RV tech that will come to me and fix it. You actually have a guide that will help me kind of vet the techs in my area so that I am happy with the first one I pick instead of having to call three times before I get a good, good service?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Yes. Yeah, so I, I put together the guide, and I'll, I'll send that to you here after the, uh, the episode. So if you, you know, choose to, uh, you know, email that out to your members, you, you can. Um-

Peggy

Okay

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... it's, it's, it's, it's almost along the same lines that you would use if you were hiring a contractor for your house and just kinda wanting to know that, like, are they educated? Do they have their certifications? Like, are they bonded? Are, you know, d- is there insurance? Like, what happens, you know, what happens if something goes wrong? Uh, 'cause so many times we don't, we don't think about, like, you know, what if they come out and the, and the problem gets worse, and, like, who's, who's gonna be held accountable to that?

Tony

Oh.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

You know what I mean? So-

Tony

Yeah. Oh, yeah

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... there's, there's stuff like that that I think that will be useful in the guide.

Peggy

All right. So let's say I do have a problem and I call 833-FIXED-RV. What is most commonly gonna be my complaint, my problem? What do, what, what are the biggest calls that you get?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Oh, man. Let me take a look at this. I'll tell you, I'll tell you right now, because it, it'll change, like based on kind of like, I think seasonality too, and then areas of the country. But, uh, right now, and I don't know if this is really gonna surprise you guys. Uh, right now, the, the top, uh, percentage of calls, at 12... like around 12% of our calls are, are for air conditioning.

Peggy

Yeah. That makes sense.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Yeah.

Tony

What do you mean I have to maintain it?

Peggy

Hardly any furnaces having trouble right now.

Tony

Although that was weird there was one that other day.

Peggy

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And it's, and it's wild because in like the last 30 days, the, um, the top, uh, the top service was like for refrigerators.

Peggy

Hmm.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So it, it, it definitely, you know, it definitely kinda changes like depending on kind of what, where in the country or, um, you know, other issues. But that's like air conditioners, engines is, uh, currently kinda tied, and then like wiring and outlets. Um-

Peggy

Okay

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

... so it, it's kind of fun from my end just to kinda see these come in and, and, and, and to kinda see the different diagnoses and, and, uh, categories of, of service types.

Peggy

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

'Cause it evolves.

Peggy

So do you have a feel for kind of m- not a percentage, actual number, but kind of an, an idea of how many calls come from the side of the road versus, uh, I'm sitting in the campground and this just went wrong?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Um, so, uh, the way that we... uh, well, uh, during the qualification process, like we, we are trying to tie down those calls to like a zip code typically, uh, it's... 'cause that's really the function that we need for connecting to the local techs and figuring out who's, who's closest surrounding the call. Um, I think that we'll get better in how we, uh, like save that data and, and review it later. So I don't, I don't have like, at least the top of mind right now, a clean way of, of discerning that, that number.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So the number that they're on the side of the road versus, you know, in a, in a campground.

Peggy

Okay.

Tony

Fair enough.

Peggy

So another thing that you had mentioned to me was, um, what, what is the first thing, other than calling 833-FIXED-RV, you said, what should an RVer do within the first hour of something breaking? You know, are there more things that I should be doing other than just calling and trying to find a tech?

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So this, this is for, like, your, you know, kinda the advice for campers here. Um, you know, so that you'll have, like, more stressless camping. And that is, uh, to, to focus on the symptoms of what's going on, uh, instead of trying to diagnose it yourself. You know, the, the, you know, the analog is like we go to the doctor's office and we're all using web, you know, WebMD and deciding what the problem is with ourselves before we talk to the doctor.

Peggy

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Um, and thankfully, you know, uh, many doctors, like, might, might just kind of roll their eyes and then go through their series of questions anyways because they are trying to figure out what the actual problem is with you. Now, th- that, you know, that analog here is that if you've already decided what you, you know, what you believe is wrong here, and you're not kind of just tracking the symptoms, you're relaying that to somebody that has to drive out to you with a truck. And, you know, they, you know, that might determine what parts they put on the truck, like, and, and whether or not they could even repair it on site, or if that's then gonna have to lead to a number of other calls to, you know, parts houses or the parts distribution businesses to try and locate what it is to actually do the fixing.

Peggy

Sure.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So, uh, I, I think in, in, in helping to troubleshoot the problem and, like, i- i- h- helping to make sure that the mobile tech has the kind of best chance to service you when they do come out, it's to focus on the symptoms. So, like, what sounds are it, you know, making? Like, what lights are blinking? It's w- when did this start? Like, how, you know, what was going on when this kind of thing started to happen? Those are the types of details, uh, that'll kinda serve you better when you do need to actually call for help.

Peggy

Okay.

Tony

That's, that's just really good, solid advice.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

My, my tech is usually, "Ah, doggone it, the flibbity blobber broke-" "... and blankety blank, blank, blank," and, "The whole RV industry can jump in the lake," and then they come down and they're-

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Flex capacitor. Yeah

Tony

... "Oh."

Peggy

"Oh, I forgot to flip a switch."

Tony

Exactly.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

'Cause I, I, I certainly am a big fan of what we do. I just, I know that there is pushback both from the caller side, and, and I see that because of hang-ups. You know, people, people get us on the line, and then they just, they choose to disconnect. Now, maybe some of those are, like, spam, but I think some of them are a- you know, are callers that are like, "Oh, wait," they're like, "Who is this?" And they're frustrated that they're, that they're not talking to a human. Your alternative is to go do that grunt work yourself right now. It's, you're like, "Okay, well, if I have insurance, maybe I call them, or maybe I call AAA or, or Good Sam to try to get help," but, um, good luck, good luck.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Uh, or, or, or you're in Google and you're trying to do these searches yourself and you're trying to dial each place individually.

Peggy

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And so I just, I would say that, like, that's, my comparison right now is like, well, you know, maybe, maybe AI is a little awkward or it is new today, but it beats the alternative.

Tony

And this seems like such a good use of it to overcome a lot of the just routine nonsense of finding somebody to come fix your RV.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

I mean, there's just so much, as you said, I mean, there's so much like, "Okay, now I've determined I have a problem." Who do I call?

Peggy

Mm-hmm

Tony

And you take to social media, and you're looking on the internet, and maybe you try whatever roadside assistance you have even though that's not really who you should be calling, and you're spending all this time, meanwhile you're frustrated, when really all you have to do is call a phone number.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

And that's what computers are there for, is to take the drudgery and the waste of time away from us and just provide a solution, and that's what you've done.

Peggy

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

I, I hope people receive it as, as simply as you put it.

Tony

Well, I mean, that's... I'm a simple guy.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

And it- it's meant to just be simple and straightforward. And, and, uh, and I, and I hope if you, if you ever have to use it someday that it was, uh, easy to use, and that you have a great experience with it.

Tony

Well, and- and the simple answer is it's free. Just-

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

It's free

Tony

... call 833-FIXEDRV if you have a problem and try it. You have literally nothing to lose.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Yeah. I've, I've seen a s- a couple of those types of people call in, and, uh, sometimes the first call didn't work. Like, you know, they got c- connected to someone, and maybe the type of work that they wanted, like, that RV shop or repair shop was like, "Uh, I don't wanna... You know, I, I, I can't travel 100 miles to, for a lockout," right?

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

Yeah.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

So, you know, so it's, you know, then she just picked up the line and called us again and got connected and called us a third time. Like, she basically was able to use it to do this kinda round robin, um, to get connected to somebody, uh, for free, and that's totally okay. Like, um, that, that's why we exist.

Tony

Mm-hmm.

Peggy

So I wanna call, Justin, and I wanna know if this is, uh, where, h- where it came from or not, uh, The Andy Griffith Show.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Oh.

Peggy

The operator on The Andy Griffith Show was named Sarah.

Tony

He's too young to know who The Andy Griffith Show is.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Well, was I really? Oh, man. My, my sister, my sister's name is Sarah.

Peggy

Oh, okay.

Tony

Okay.

Peggy

And she knows everything, so therefore you have to name AI after her.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Well, she just, uh, she's like, you know, m- Midwest, like kind of country gal, and, um, and that's kinda how I... You know, when I thought of, like, the persona for who should be answering the phone, it seemed like it should be, you know, you know, grassroots, down, down-to-earth, Midwestern type of personality with kindness and warmth.

Peggy

I love it.

Tony

That would, that's pretty cool. I mean, it can even be like she calls you honey, "Oh, honey, that's not a problem." "Uh," and if you're all salty, she go, "Well, bless your heart." Which means, "Go jump in the lake," and-

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Yeah. There's, it, there's, uh, there are definitely a, a ton of ways that you could kinda customize the voices and, um, and change up the tones and, and deliveries, and, uh, so yeah, that's, that could be, like an, an endless source of tweaking if I wanted it to be.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

Oh, man. I still want Mr. T to be my GPS, but that's another story altogether. Justin, we sure appreciate your reaching out to us and taking the time and for what you've done. While we're itching to try 833-FIXEDRV, we don't wanna try it.

Peggy

We don't want to.

Tony

We don't wanna have issues. But if we do, we're gonna give you a try.

Peggy

Absolutely.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Well, thank you so much. Appreciate you.

Tony

Yeah, thank you.

Peggy

Yeah, thank you for your time and again for reaching out and for a great service. We just will really encourage everybody to try 833-FIXEDRV, and that, by the way, is the phone number you call, and it's also a website if you do have a little bit of kind of casual time or a chance to look over the website and you're not on the roadside in an emergency right now needing the phone number.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

That's right.

Tony

No, no downside to giving it a try.

Peggy

Thank you again so much for your time, and have a terrific week.

Justin Boggs - 833-FIXED-RV

Oh, Tony and Peggy, pleasure to meet you both, and, uh, I was glad to spend, uh, this, uh, morning with you.

Tony

Likewise.

Peggy

Yeah. Thank you.

Tony

Thank you. Pretty cool, right? And as I said when we were talking to him, you know, there's really no downside to giving his new system a try.

Peggy

Right.

Tony

See what you think. I mean, you may love it, you may not, but it's free for you, so-

Peggy

Yeah

Tony

... why not? Something that has not needed tech support is our Waysafe hitch.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

And we, the Waysafe hitch that we have does a great job with sway control. So we've been in some windy situations, no problem.

Peggy

Mm-hmm.

Tony

Um, it also compensates for the downward pressure, the weight that the trailer puts on the truck.

Peggy

Mm-hmm.

Tony

But the coolest thing to me about the Waysafe hitch is that you can adjust based on how heavily the trailer's loaded. So if you have a bunch of stuff in your storage bay or now you have f- two full propane tanks or-

Peggy

Or a full water tank

Tony

... a battery or a full water tank or whatever it is, there's a little scale on the Waysafe hitch, and it tells you how much it's do- uh, weighing, and then you use the app, and you can just make adjustments. And now you've got a perfectly adjusted trailer. And I think a lot of you know, when it comes to screwdrivery projects-

Peggy

Yeah

Tony

... I may not be the first person to turn to.

Peggy

He might not be the best screwball with a screwdriver.

Tony

That's a fact, Jack.

Peggy

Good.

Tony

But I installed this Waysafe hitch all by myself.

Peggy

That's right. Well, I did help.

Tony

Yeah, that's true. We installed it all by ourselves. And it's been fantastic. We've towed all over the place, and I just have never had a hitch I liked better than this. So anyhow, we also have a discount-

Peggy

That's right

Tony

... on Waysafe hitches at our home on the web I'm sure Peggy will put a QR code somewhere around here. Woo.

Peggy

Right here on our chalkboard?

Tony

Yeah. Know before you tow and get yourself away safe.

Peggy

All right.

Tony

So while Peggy's gone, I have a great trailer that I got to see for 2027, and it's the Flagstaff E-Pro E191RLS, and the name is almost longer than the trailer. This is really a great solo camper, camper. Uh, it's a Flagstaff E-Pro, same as a Rockwood Geo Pro, and it's a single-axle trailer, but with recliners in the back.

Tony

It's got a decent kitchen, a decent dry bath, and you have an east to west bed at the front. So I am gonna say, if you're a solo camper, this might be a fantastic choice for you. Maybe young couples too, might be a good choice, but definitely solo campers. Uh, it is a single axle, and you know, on the written review, which Peggy will put a link to, there were at least one person who was like, "Oh, I don't wanna tow with a single-axle trailer," and I'm like, "Why?" It's got tire pressure monitoring.

Tony

It's got great tires, torsion axle suspension, balancing beads, like, all the top credentials. So it's a, it's a nifty little trailer, and like I say, especially if you're a solo camper, uh, uh, this thing's hard to beat. So anyway, a full review is there. We have a full walkthrough video, and that's all linked in the show notes under there.

Peggy

Okay, are you ready to tell us about the RV of the week? Tony?

Tony

Maybe.

Peggy

RV of the... Wait a minute. Did you talk about it while I was gone?

Tony

Yes.

Peggy

Now I'm gonna have to go read the article.

Tony

Huh.

Peggy

All right. Well, what I did while Tony was telling you about the RV of the week was went and retrieved one of our gadgets of the week. We received a no-pain propane tank handle, and it... I don't know why it reminds me of an elephant.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

There's the trunk.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

And there's the tail.

Tony

Yeah.

Peggy

Uh, it is a heavy-duty pro, uh, plastic handle. For those of you that are listening and not watching, it's red, and it doesn't really look like an elephant. But it is designed to hook into the top of your propane bottle, so when you're carrying your bottle, especially full, like, even empty, but especially full, this helps balance the bottle, and it's gonna help take the, you know, the, the biting edge off of the handle or off of the edge of the tank when you usually grab onto it and you've got that bite.

Peggy

And this is a nice thick handle that's not gonna hurt your hand, plus it's gonna help balance it out so it's not banging against your leg with every step.

Tony

Well, and I like that, you know, usually you have to carry the dumb propane bottle with two hands, but this will let you do it with one.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

So I... Yeah, this is a, a nifty gadget. We'll also put some video of me, because we are out of propane.

Peggy

Well, we're not out of propane. One of our tanks is out of propane.

Tony

Right.

Peggy

And so it, it's a little early in the week, but before we upload this video, Tony will have gotten propane, and we'll get to show you this in action instead of just me trying to figure out where the center-

Tony

Yeah

Peggy

... of the screen is.

Tony

Propane and propane accessories. Dang it, Peggy, I need some propane. I do not... I always wanna do the voice of Hank Hill.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

And I cannot do the voice of Hank Hill. But that doesn't stop me from sounding like a doofus and doing it.

Peggy

Well, whatever.

Tony

I mean, who am I to stop doing something dumb? Dang it.

Peggy

Well, that is this week's episode. Sorry that it had to end this way.

Tony

Oh, man.

Peggy

Well, it won't end yet. Let's do the questions of the week. Last week we talked with Tony and Tina about which campground rules are kind of gray area rules, and that was our question also of the week. Do you, are you a rule follower at the campground? And the people who responded are definitely rule followers. A couple people mentioned that they wish the campground was rule followers, and that they would, you know, make people follow the rules. Uh, but that was last week's question.

Peggy

This week, it's past Labor Day.

Tony

Yeah, yeah.

Peggy

Officially the end of summer. So our question this week for you is, does Labor Day signal a slowdown of the camping season for you? Is it time to start thinking about buttoning things up? Our-

Tony

Are you coming with us on our Route 66 tour?

Peggy

That's right. You don't have to end the year. Let's just go south. That's what we're doing.

Tony

Get your kicks.

Peggy

And getting our kicks on Route 66, starting around October-

Tony

October-ish

Peggy

... 2nd or so.

Tony

Yeah, ish.

Peggy

In the Chicago area, and working our way to Albuquerque by the end of October. We would absolutely love if you would join us for any part of that that you can when we're in your area. We will be updating our secret calendar.

Tony

You can find that if you're a subscriber to our free weekly email newsletter.

Peggy

That's right, and that's where you will find the s- the link to the secret calendar, keep up with us, know where we're gonna be on Route 66, and join us, won't you?

Tony

Yeah. Well, that's what we have for you this week. We really appreciate your likes, shares, and your subscribing to the Stress Less Camping RV podcast wherever you like doing so, on podcast captures, on You- podcast captures?

Peggy

Podcast captures.

Tony

YouTube, whatever. We're just glad that you're here. We also, I also wanna, sorry.

Peggy

That's okay.

Tony

I also wanna thank the people who help support this, people like Liquified.

Peggy

Yeah.

Tony

Thank you so much, and WaySafe, thank you so much.

Peggy

And ABC Outfitters.

Tony

And ABC Outfitters, who we didn't mention this week except just now. Thank you so much. Uh, you know, we couldn't do this without the people who help support us, but we're also very particular about who those people are-

Peggy

Uh-huh

Tony

... because they're stuff we would buy anyway.

Peggy

Right.

Tony

So anyway, with that, uh, the blah, blah, blah. Thank you so much.

Peggy

Don't forget to subscribe to our-

Tony

Yeah

Peggy

... once-a-week newsletter so that you can figure out where we are on Route 66. Also, you know, we send out deals and discounts and news that happens after we record this podcast and we don't have a chance to get it on the episode. All those things that make your RV adventure stress less camping.

Tony

Stress less camping.
