Micki's Fruit Fluff: A Super-Easy Dessert Recipe

A Light, Fluffy, Fruity, Easy, Delicious Dessert!

We sure do love camping with our friends! Especially when they are open to sharing meals. Potlucks are such opportunities to learn about new recipes from your friends.

Micki put together this super-simple and absolutely delightful recipe that I call Fruit Fluff.

There are just three ingredients. There is no measuring. No cooking. Almost no prep. Maybe you’ll cut up some fruit. Maybe.

This dessert is so light and refreshing, and so easy to make. And it makes such an excellent addition to a potluck lunch or dinner. Or coffee hour. Or, heck, why not breakfast? Can’t breakfast have dessert too?

Micki’s Fruit Fluff Recipe

The ingredients:

1 box Cheesecake flavored instant pudding

1 tub Cool Whip

Fresh Fruit (frozen works also) to taste

It’s SO Easy!

• Transfer Cool Whip into a large bowl

• Sprinkle and stir in about half of the pudding mix

• If the fluff is too liquid, stir in more pudding mix

• Stir in the fruit

• Chill and serve

Micki’s StressLess Tips:

• This recipe is so quick and easy - no measuring involved! Just mix, chill, and serve

• The whole box of pudding mix makes the fluff seize up and not be fluffy. So add a little at at time until a delightful fluffy texture results!

• Frozen fruit may be easier to transport in the RV. Allow time after mixing for the fruit to thaw - at least partially

• Any flavor pudding will work; we prefer the taste of the cheesecake flavor.
