Now this recipe is so delicious and satisfying. Bryan has made it for us twice, and it will be a common request by me, when he is in the kitchen!
Artichoke casserole in a starring role for Friendsgiving
The recipe is very easy and can be assembled early in the day, then popped into the RV oven for a good heating up, before serving.
And, it’s made with vegetables, so it’s healthy, right?!?
RV Baking tips
I set the oven to 350 but I don’t pay much attention to the actual temperature. With this casserole, it’s just important to get everything heated through and the top nicely browned. When you bake in an RV oven you need to pay a bit more attention and be patient!
